am jumping over from TT journal where this ficlet was mentioned...i love it and following Cam's meddlings in this weeks episode I can just about imagine her saying this to Booth. I am really falling for her character lately, she's so constant and so perfectly in tune with everyone with some profound understanding of each of her colleagues. What a boss!
By the way you nailed her character from the quip when she arrived "Next time, try to leave a more cryptic message" to her professional request for a report to "Now tell me what really happened.". Perfect Cam!
I love that she and Booth have this history, it brings so many possibilities to their relationship and could give us a lovely moment like this one you wrote....should the writers choose to be so nice of course. She couldn't tell Brennan (but Ang could) but I bet she could tell Booth. :)
