Question about Jared

Anyone know Jared Booth's Navy rank?  I was too mystified by the uniform to actually pay attention to the number of bars and shoulder boards, etc.  Say what you want, but that man is h - o - t.  Anyway, I have a tiny mustard seed of an idea for a fic and I want to get his rank right or it's a no go.

Just watched when he was first introduced in Conman and he says Lieutenant Commander. And new job is "Head of Strategic Plans and Policy" at the Pentagon. Hope that helps! :)
