Best Finale Theory Ever (Not Mine) ***spoilers***

After trying to twist my own theory around to make sense, I have happened upon one that makes TOTAL sense in every way.

FIND IT HERE

This makes the most sense out of everything I've read/thought/discussed.

I'm just saying that a gazillion shows have used this plot device - the 'Bones' writers aren't above it.

What if he has what appears to be some permanent health problem? Or it appears he chooses to continue to "head towards the light"? Definite cliffhangers.

Have I just gone down the worst-case scenario road or what?

yeah I really would hate it if the cliffhanger has ANYTHING WHATSOEVER to do with Booth's life hanging in-the-balance. That's just too dirty (HH, you hear me???). I'm okay with it being a relationship issue... one of them "acknowledges the attraction" - maybe even out loud. *gasp* Something like that, I can handle. Even Real!Sex ONCE, and dealing with the inevitably awkward fall-out of that, I can handle.
The non-potential of Booth dying would be a stupid cliffhanger of epic proportions. DB is not leaving the show.
I know - he could be a zombie. I hear they make for good entertainment. ;)

I just had a crazy thought:

What if they have sex like two normal people because they're sexually attracted to each other? And since they work together and are good friends, it's awkward and weird and that's the fallout.

That sure would be a twist :)

I know, I don't know what I was thinking.

It's crazy talk.
