Bones: Yanks in the UK
From the title of this post there are obviously spoilers but it doesn't hurt to remind everyone.
Feel free to squee or bash - I may do a little of both.
Just from watching once these are my initial thoughts, although I may need to rewatch and digest ....
* I saw a much more human and emotional Brennan throughout this ep and I liked it. ED has added just enough warmth.
* Hated Booth's attitude about driving and the whole Mini fiasco
* Loved Cam in this - she was sharp and connected and witty and more engaged than ever - TT continues her excellent work since last season's finale.
* Still don't get the point of Sweets
* Loved Booth telling her she's special, in that offhand, easygoing manner. It was non-intense for such an intense feeling. Perfect touch by DB.
* Hate Booth's red hair. It's not right for his skin tone. And it just bugs me.
* The Hodgela break-up didn't make sense. At all. One minute there's bells and the next she just walks away? Really contrived. (A little like Zack being a serial killer's apprentice, hmm?)
I'm sure I'll have more to say when I watch again!

Couldn't have said it better.
As for THE HAIR... I noticed it during several of the street scenes where the light hit it a certain way. Not really when they were in the car though. Now that we've pointed it out you'll notice, believe me.
