Every time I see the promo for the SAG awards, which has a delightful shot of JD in the clip, my inner fangirl heart worries that if the WGA strike isn't over soon, we will be in a bad way when Oscar time comes around.  Even though I can't say that Sweeney Todd does much for me, I find that his refusal to play the 'hot guy' roles actually makes him more attractive.  In fact, it has led me to the conclusion that it's time to host my own Johnny Deppathon one Saturday when dear hubby has class (he doesn't appreciate me hogging the big tv for my obsessions). If anyone has a favorite role of JD, I'd love to hear about it so I can add to my collection.

Another Depphile here... of course I love dashing Jack (and it might be the flawless Brit accent a bit too), but I have a thing for him in Benny & Joon - you seen that one? Aw, sweet, vulnerable Johnny!
