Recipe Help?

Hey Ya'll,

I'm giving a fancy southern shin dig at my house for a bridal shower and need an alcoholic lemonade punch to serve. Any of you have recipes? I want something bubbly but not necessarily with champagne. (Has to be lemonade because the colors for the shower are yellow and white).

Thanks lovelies.

The first thing that popped into my head was whiskey sours. Alcoholic, lemony, and a good spring/summer beverage. But they aren't bubbly, I don't think, though maybe there's some way you could modify the recipe? I don't know, but there's my suggestion for whatever it's worth. Good luck.

this recipe is for spiked pink, but you could use yellow probably. i don't know if it would turn a weird color w/the beer.... worth a shot. i can vouch for its deliciosity :) yes i made that up. :)

1 12oz can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 12oz bottles beer (not dark), chilled
¾ cup vodka, chilled

Stir together ingredients. Serve over ice. Makes 1 ½ quarts.

Remembered a punch I haven't made in ages. It's very refreshing. I've only made it with dry, white wine, but you could probably substitute with sparkling wine instead. Make sure you make it just before serving not to lose all the sparkle!

1 part wine (one bottle for a large bowl)
2 parts lemonade
1 6 oz can of frozen orange & pineapple juice or similar flavor(s)
slices of lemon
original recipe also has thin slices of firm, red apples, but omit or add something yellow, like star fruit. [White] peaches would have worked if in season!

Here's a tip about the ice, if you didn't already know. Instead of adding ice cubes that melt and make the punch watery, freeze water in a tupperware container or similar and plonk one of those in the bowl before you mix.
