New TV Show Rec
For any of you wondering if there was something new worth watching this fall, let me recommend 'Fringe' on FOX. Created by J.J. Abrams ('Lost'), it was a little out there. But what it may have lacked in believability it made up for with Joshua Jackson. I'd forgotten how much I loved him. Something about the sarcastic gravel of his voice gets me every time. I can't say enough about him. It's a bonus that I really liked the show. Reminds me a lot of 'X Files' but is pseudoscience instead of aliens. Highly encourage everyone to give it a chance.
Anyone else watch? Any other Josh Jackson fans out there? (I confess, I saw every single episode of 'Dawson's Creek' and he was the reason.)
Addendum to the Ships Meme: Pacey/Joey. Die-hard fan of that pairing from day one until the very last ep. Thankfully I was rewarded by the writers. Too bad I can't stand Katie Holmes now.

I'm so glad you like the show too, I'm totally enamored. So far I like the balance between science and personal, and the ongoing mysteries don't take away from the now, if that makes sense. All in all, it's very high on my list right now. :)

I bet it'll be a while before we get more detail about Peter's medical history. :( We can go insane together. *g*
The first two eps were great, and I am absolutely looking fwd to this wk's ep.

It absolutely makes sense! There's continuity, but not so much that a casual viewer wouldn't be able to jump into a single ep and a) get some enjoyment out of it and b) follow the show. (Well, I guess there's only been two eps so far, so maybe that wouldn't be so tough regardless. But you know what I mean.)
